It's here: Giza Version 21! We are very excited to announce all of the updates made in this recent release.

Connection Updates:

We have added a number of new connections (putting us at a total of 457 connections) including 4-way moment connections and skewed end plate connections.

There are also more enhanced connections so that more 15th addition connections are supported. Check out the Release Notes for a list of all added and enhanced connections. 

Integration Updates:

This most recent update also gives you Excel integration! You can now pull in shear and moment connection information from an Excel file! Once the information is pulled into Giza, you can create the connections similar to using the connection creator. 

The TSD integration has also been enhanced. Additional connections (moment connections!) are now able to be imported into Giza from the TSD model.

Advanced Design Process (ADP):

You can now create a connection in Giza, export the connection to a .gza file, then pull that file, using Giza, to update a Tekla model. This allows for a seamless integration and communication between connection engineers and detailers. The possibilities are endless!
